On February 13th T. M. Z. reported that Antoinette “Precious” Harris Chapman (T. I.'s older sister) was involved in a car accident and was fighting for her life. It was later report by T. M.Z. that an asthma attack had caused the accident. With the world following social media, and TIP's Instagram and every source they can to get news of her recovery; we finally got word that on February 22, 2019 - Precious had passed on.
But what happened after that??
kWell.... T. M. Z. Being the assholes that they sometimes are, reported quite quickly that the autopsy reports for Precious were out. Today, June 6, 6, 2019, T. M. Z. Told the world that Precious "Cause of death was from Cocaine and High Blood Pressure". With no truth or validation to the story the fans of T. I. were in a frenzy thinking, "we thought she died from injuries from a car accident." Well... Let's just say that it's none of our business what "happened" to her but it was T. I.'s. Assuming that since T.M. Z. has previously reported the accident step by step until her passing - T. I. became FURIOUS when he learned that T.M.Z. has published such news while the family is still in mourning and quickly took to the media, asking for a movement. Not just any movement, but a movement to boycott T. M. Z. for so harshly diving into the lives of celebrities for a quick dollar. You see, Precious was a very important soul in her community. in her community. On Precious' Instagram, she described herself as a "mother, friend, aunt, sister, & of Course a Woman of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc." T.M.Z. rant of her cause of death could quicly jepordize her standings in the community. With that being said - Here is what T. I. had to say. Will you stand behind him??
T.M.Z. has made a public Apology but was it enough? Will you stand behind T. I.?? I have always LOVED Tip as his cute ass, his music, his morals, his ratchet ways and now I respect him even more for his love for his family and his sister. Disrespect goes deep - ALWAYS.
p.s. I unfollowed!
